How to know you are fat?

Male Standard Weight (Kg) = (Height (cm) – 80) x 0.7
Female Standard Weight (Kg) = (Height (cm) – 70) x 0.6
Example: A 165cm tall female, her standard weight should be 57 Kg

Fat Level = (Real Weight – Standard Weight) / Standard Weight x 100%
Example: A 165cm female, her real weight is 62 Kg while standard weight is 57 Kg. That means she is overweight 8.8%

-/+ 10% Normal
10% - 20% Overweight
20% - 30% Slightly Fat
30% - 40% Medium Fat
40% Super Fat
 
Weight Index (Body Mass Index, BMI):
BMI = Weight (Kg) / ( Height(m) x Height(m) )

Example:Height 1.7m,Weight 80 Kg,BMI=27.7

Female:BMR(Kcal) = 65.5 + (9.6 x W) + (1.8 x H) – (4.7 x A)
Male:BMR(Kcal) = 66 + (13.7 x W) + (5 x H) – (6.8 x A)
